A cancellation can be requested as long as the package has not been mailed.

You will have to pay your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
Items on sale
Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
All Isabelle Ferland jewelry is meticulously handcrafted and inspected before it reaches your hands. Should you find a manufacturing defect, return it without delay directly to our workshop to benefit from our full warranty, including parts and labor.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a product of the same value or receive a refund. The return of the product(s) is at the customer's expense.
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition.
